Terms Of Service

Please read through my whole T.O.S

Commission Process
- If my commissions are open, please provide clear references (unshaded digital refs preferred) and tell me how you want your character drawn
- If i accept your commission, i will let you know the price and will take payment upfront, during this time your commission will be added to my To Do List, you can use that to keep track of your commissions process
- Once i have a sketch down i will send it to you, then you will let me know if the sketch needs editing or if its good as is (be aware that i will not redraw the entire sketch, if you have something specific you need to tell me when ordering the commission, otherwise i will use creative freedom)
- When the sketch is approved i will continue the commission till it is complete and once the commission is complete, it will be sent to you for final approval before being posted to my social medias (Deviantart, Twitter and Fur affinity) and you will be tagged

Payment
- I take payment upfront in USD through paypal
- Your commission will not be started until it is fully paid for
- Please be sure that you really want to commission me as i do not give refunds at this time
- Additional characters will add %80 of the commission price to the total
- Backgrounds may add up for %80 of the commission price to the total
- If your character is very complex it may increase the price

What you can and cannot do
- You do not have permission to edit or trace any of my artwork
- Do not remove my signature
- Do not claim anything i have drawn as your own work
- If you have commissioned artwork from me, you may upload it to your profile if you tag me and link back to my profile
- If you are ordering a commission for a friend, i must have proof of their consent

Important Notes
- I have the right to refuse a commission
- I do not do deadlines, your commission will take no longer then 2 months to complete, however if my personal life gets busy or if i have a larger then usual to do list it might take longer, if that is the case then i will contact you about a delay
- Please do not rush me to complete your commission, asking for updates is perfectly ok but i don't want to be asked daily
- I am still learning so there are some things i am not yet able to draw, my art style also has the possibility to change at any time, so please don't expect your commission to be an exact copy of a previous work
- There is a max of 2 characters per commission and a max of 2 commissions per customer at one time (This rule may be ignored for special cases)
- If your reference image is low quality and like a crunchy jpeg, i probably wont accept your commission
- Please respect my T.O.S and read them carefully, it is not my responsibility if you fail to do so

What i will and will not draw
- These 2 lists will detail what i will or will not draw, these lists can be updated at any time

WILL
- Anthropomorphic/furry characters, Feral (4 legged) creatures and animals, Dragons, Ponies, Some Pokemon and poke fusions, Canines, Felines and more
- SFW nudity (nothing actually showing), Pin ups and some suggestive themes, Couples and characters of any sexuality or gender
- Some backgrounds, Characters of almost any theme (Aliens, Satanic OCs, Some fan characters, etc)
- Ill attempt to draw almost anything that isn't on my Wont Draw list

WONT
- Large amounts of blood, Gore, Fetishes (Such as Vore, Inflation, Sneezing, etc)
- Racist, Offensive or Sexist content, I do not currently take NSFW commissions
- Complicated mechas, Vehicles, Realistic animals, Real life people, Humans, Humanoid faces and feet, Any faces from the front, Big plug earrings that stretch the earlobes a lot
- Some fandom OCs (Ask if unsure)
- Anything related to Overwatch
- Very large/Very overweight body types
- Characters that do not belong to you without consent form the character owner
- From a written description (Unless you are ordering a Custom design)
